●脱水力,显著降烘干时间,减少能耗:350G脱水率洗脱机,脱后布草含水率将于55,从而可降烘干能耗和熨平能耗,对于槽式熨平机可减少一个预烘干的程序,从而减轻工人的劳动强度机节省烘干时间。
●震动量:采用新利技术,利号为201210308696.5,使布草均布后的偏心度减小,降了机器的震动。
●稳定性,减少维修成本:采用的理念优化设计框架结构,使得机器坚固、稳定;内胆采用3mm镜面不锈钢,提了内胆的强度;关键零部件和原器件采用,确保性能稳定;外缸采用304不锈钢材料,提了机器的抗腐蚀能力,延长了机器使用寿命,叫嚣了铁离子对洗涤质量的影响。
